This explains were shares have been coming from. He also stated he believes what we are seeing is a result of what old management did to settle debt - when they issued 400 million shares to debt holders. Those debt holders have been systematically depositing their shares and selling into the market. He also stated he believes they are almost done.

Did you ask Mr Smith what the RS shares are far, to whom, and how many? I believe you can have a jdge lift a restriction if it is for debt... TIA
