So obviously a prearranged buy at .0323.....probably with same broker, explaining why .029 never filled? Do ya think it could be a promo outfit getting pd? Do ya think just a big retail guy wanted in badly? Not sure, but it has to be a good thing either way, jmo, we shall see....
