I am blown away by the fact that they seem to think everyone uses IHub just as they apparently do.

Good point. Brings up the question, how on earth do they use it? Clearly not for charts or longer messages. If they use it as is, they'll soon discover that looking at this very klugy over-crowded, messy screen will give them a headache.
