Yes. The "like it or leave it" attitude is condescending and arrogant. I've been accused of both traits, but I'd never DREAM of doing anything as blatant as this.

If we find the site user-unfriendly, difficult to navigate, or junky, evidently we're at fault. Not them. Despite the fact that some of the problems that have been described here tonight are very real.

Doesn't work one somebody's iPod? Tant pis. He needs to get a different device, I guess.

Isn't good for people who keep multiple windows open? Too bad, that's a habit they'll just have to change.

I am blown away by the fact that they seem to think everyone uses IHub just as they apparently do.
