when this downloadable media market becomes popular, all cable boxes/dvd players will be ONE... wait for it... COMPUTER. just like the new consoles - XBOX360 and PS3 - these are powerful computers with hardrives high speed internet access, etc... have you guys checked out how cheap external harddrives are getting? i bet within a decade you will be buying your dvd player/comcast cable box or whatever depending on how big the harddrive is - 500gig? 1000gig? download/record all your favorite shows, sports programs, and movies. and if gnf is in on the movies it will be a pioneer. forget about being netflix's lacky, gnf could be a GIANT.
all huge speculation of course... but hey, its a brave new world.
