Absolutely right, if you want a demonstration of dilution at its' finest go over to the QBID board and review the share history. They are up to 100 billion now.

Thanks for distinction. I thought any issuance of additional shares was call dilution, it was just a matter of whether the market considered it to be a positive or negative dilution.

As far as my comment goes, I was just being tongue-in-cheek knowing that someone would say it.
