The route is on. The entire patent case is now stayed and in deep freeze for about 24-36 months. When the patent court rules, if it rules in DECN's favor then DECN can make a motion for summary judgment. The sanctions for J&J's bad behavior will not have a hearing and should be decided in DECN's favor this week. A new hearing to determine more sanctions against J&J for more bad behavior will be heard on November 6.
