That sounds like good news Mr. S, but where did you see that the case has been stayed 24-36 months? Also, does this mean the patent court will not rule on the issue for another 2 or 3 years leaving DECN in limbo? TIA

Thanks Mr. S. In the meantime, we are free to sell Genstrip and will be collecting damages in the form of the bond and/or lost revenues? Is that correct? Thanks.

Forgive me for being dumb {not being polite to myself}. are you saying it will take another 24 to 36 month starting from now to get patent court decision. i am confused can you please explain how this court process work. i will really appreciate your comments and clarification. thank you my friend for all the contribution you and others makes to this DECN board.
