I agree Saturn. It seems to me that releasing significant PR's this close (hopefully it's close) to the uplist would not have that much impact on the stock price. After the uplist, people will beging watching HISC and the impact of PR's will be much greater.

I've mentioned this before but both HISC and Actsoft exec's at the CES were excited about the merger and they were already working as one company. If Actsoft had doubts about the acquistion happening they probably wouldn't want to be spending time, money and energy affiliating themselves with HISC in the minds of their customers. In addition Actsoft is already marketing and selling the cybertracker and we'll hear a lot more about those sales after the uplist, IMO.

Goes back to my question about Gala Apple - If they know that and therefore know the pps is going to go up wouldn't they be holding their shares and not dumping them? Is there a way to know how they are handling the shares they are getting?

February is there next C.C. date.It would make a nice C.C to announce a huge move on revenues,uplist complete and now be a reporting nasdaqBB stock,aquistion complete,any major contracts (like a port) that they have had to sit on for customer confidentiality and to assure all things are ready,announce any new business and future guidance.

It makes for a nice february....we shall see.If not then everyone be patient things take time to fall into place.
I have brought this up many times but my experience with ICON was when they announced switching there entire business model from a manufacturer to just licensing company of there brand names it took almost a year and the stock just didnt do anything but when it got started it has just went up and up after it bloomed.
I feel like a lot of foundations have been laid and we need to wait for the flower to grow instead of poking the dirt complaining about why it hasn't happened yet.
But there will always be some that are impatient and cant wait.
