About HISC's PR's---just an observation here, could be totally wrong. I went back and thumbed through the order, dates, and quality of major business information released on Yahoo Finance PR's available.

Over 2005, it seems that they would go through a phase of about 2 weeks to a month of dropping huge news and then back off---drop huge news and then back off (like a baseball player's hitting streaks, 14-20, then 0-30).

In our current situation with this pattern in mind, IMO (big ups to spence's call) right now they are sandbagging til late February for uplist. My guess: Monday Feb 20, uplist. Tues. Feb 21, Savannah port contract. Thurs. Feb 23, British port authentication done.

I am open to other views, it just appears to be a major intentional lack of PR's until after uplist.
