I think on that particular Institutional Investor it was Section 510 (a)(1) under part "E" R®s - DE Securities Act and registration exemptions under the same DE SA Sec. 73-207, 73-202,73-208 & 73-2011 exemptions were the legal basis of their Investments in ORION DHC, Inc (OODH).
The keyword is Institutional Investor (aka "Accredited Investor" ) just so you know ~ as defined under SEC Rule 501(A)(1)-4,(7) & (8) . Deer Valley falls under SEC Rule 501 (a)(5)-(6).
But you are certainly welcome to check for yourself....
I could careless if one out of the 300+ businesses they've invested Billions of Dollars in over the years was targeted by the SEC - Just another waste of our hard earned tax dollars if one were to ask me!
