That is true of the entire waste water field, which is a big part of the OOIL marketing operations, if there even is one? Dozens of specialty fields in waste water, and engineers hate to buy new experimental, designs. They all want the same system Joe down the street has been using for 10 years. Engineers fear putting their name and license as a PE on the line for new technology. I am speaking from personal experience. OOIL needs to sell, install and prove their systems work, instead of pumping stock dumps with endless forward looking statement PRs. The other problem is getting customers to take the time and effort to maintain the systems, another hard sell, even for OOIL.
