How much is "a whole lot more"? Do the good teachers think it's really worth it considering they end up doing more babysitting than teaching?

I believe children need at least one parent at home, caring for and supervising them. While Bush is talking tax cut, he outta give a HUGE tax cut to the working parent, so large, that it could help replace what the other parent would take home if working.
Latch key kids usually don't do as well as children with a parent at home.
