cover means have to buy shares at some point.whether it's .0001 or 10 cents,if someone wants to cover or buy 400,000,000 shares they wish to do so at the lowest possible price,but,if the price should go the other way,they will be forced to buy at the higher price no choice.this thing goes up a couple of ticks and it's curtains for the shorter.....just saying
