You may be correct about abstention but in the past no vote was a yes vote. That maybe why they pushed the last two times for people to vote. Hell two times ago I got a call asking me to vote.
The situation we were in before was as close as we could get to voting it down but without Visser's shares we failed. There are so many outstanding shares now 362,000,000 compared to under a 130,000,000 the first time it seems impossible to do now. All this stuff is back on this board in the 3000 to 4000 series post.
If you're serious about putting money in this stock take a few weeks and read the old post. Pick a person, Watts, Yama, Oracle and read the history of their posts. Yama and I bought this investment days apart and started on this board days apart. You have an entire history if you care to use it. It will answer all your questions.
