It looks to me after reading all the recent filings that CloudMD is paying the Krooses about $167,000 a year in salaries, so it appears that they are employees of CloudMD. It looks to me like CloudMD is going after their own employees by suing them for $150,000. That is not happy camping. And I agree with you, it appears that the Krooses probably need to do some fence mending...but there are always 2 sides of a situation. KF
Mississippi looks like a very small part of what's going on with this company. Cloud-MD is looking after its interest as well as the shareholders' which is exactly what they should be doing.
