Doubledown, I agree, to a certain extent that MS may be a small part of what is going on with CloudMD. However, it seems plausible that Cloud, without MS and the Kroos folks and DNA, and MediSouth, AL and LA would not be on the Cloud radar.
As as aside, Doubledown, you know me pretty well, so I think you know that I am not trying to rock the boat on this thread. I am just reading...several times in some cases...the legal part of the fairly recent SEC filings, reporting what I am seeing, and making some statements...hoping to provide accurate info upon which we all we can express some diverse opinions.
Looks like there are a few opinions out there! I love it.
