Here are some EU numbers to muddle over:

Costs for antimicrobial wound dressing:
Per patient clinical host $1000
IRB and Ethics committees $2000 each per study
Monitoring CRO - Dutch - 20 patient $45000
Monitoring CRO - Swiss - 20 patient $156000

200 patient study across 4 clinical sites would be between $700,000 and $1.75 million plus lab fees or well under $2.5 million total.

Why were PYMX estimates and budget so high? They were pitching for funding for the trials plus the opreating costs for the company, IMO.
