OT: It is amazing how often I see a poster who hates his stock. There is one over on the IMSC board as well. I suspect he thinks that company management is reading his posts. They do help to keep the stock cheap by warning off anyone thinking about buying the stock.
Traderfan: Of course it's worthwhile to invest in a stock despite the risk of fraud. Hypothetically if I thought the chance of CDOC fraudulent financials was 50%, it would be an excellent albeit speculative investment at $0.10 ... I peg fair value at $0.50 minimum .... to simplify the outcomes - 50% x $0.0 in case of fraud + 50% x $0.50 in case of legitimacy and uplisting = an average expected value of $0.25 for a 150% gain.
CDOC is a value bet IMO. It's like having 4 cards to a flush in poker and staying in. Sure, you have a 75% chance of losing, but the potential payoff is worth the risk. Just make sure the bet is small.
