Hypothetically if I thought the chance of CDOC fraudulent financials was 50%, it would be an excellent albeit speculative investment at $0.10 ... I peg fair value at $0.50 minimum .... to simplify the outcomes - 50% x $0.0 in case of fraud + 50% x $0.50 in case of legitimacy and uplisting = an average expected value of $0.25 for a 150% gain.
