#27862 RE: JPRMarketing #27861

What specifically? Eh, yes. I know this for sure. You can see evidence of this in the last Q page 17.
"On March 28, 2013, The Company entered into an agreement with the former shareholders of Macte whereby
the 3,687,500 put warrants previously issued and the 3,687,500 shares of Yippy Labs common stock previously
issued were returned to the Company in exchange for the Macte shares transferred to the Company under the Share
Agreement. In the agreement the Company received all technology rights for YippyHub.com (Neo Bar Builder),
Android Safe Browser, and the complete website builder."
Notice neo bar in parentheses. Because that's what Macte calls the YibbyHub. They still use it, which you can find on the Macte site. Yippy basically terminated the buyout and modified it into a technology sharing/licensing deal. As you can see Yippy is still the owner of the YippyHub (neo bar) extension. Therefore, Macte pays them for it's use.
Furthermore, macte doesn't use neobar for safe search. It has many functions which I've detailed in the ibox.
