churak...Again, I understand, but making it possible to create a private board can also be construed as aiding and abetting. What if the Ku Klux Klan decided that they needed a forum for their propaganda? Should Ihub provide this as well? I would think that as the medium, Ihub has some responsibility for content.
Of course, I could be wrong. What does my buddy Zeev think?
