DERF, iHub is not the policeperson of cyber space. People are told not to rely on what they read here in the TOU. What more do you suggest? That iHub act as trustees for those that are foolish with their monies? Heck, I might even sign up for that value added feature.

The Klu Klux Klan is not illegal. Immoral but not illegal. I went to a pace called Innverness in Florida and we passed the southern headquarters of the KKK. I was shocked to see it our so openly.

Even Ebay has limits to what they will accept bids on. Since the KKK is an extreme perhaps you should choose a better example.

I would think that as the medium, Ihub has some responsibility for content.

Legally, they have no responsibility for the content. The internet would have died long ago were it otherwise.

Edit: darn glad to see that the speel chucker no longer requires internet to be capitalized.
