Any more so than on a public board? People read these boards at their own risk. iHub guarantees nothing. Why should it be any different for a private or public board. And if that in fact is a concern, then there should be a disclaimer. Besides, have you read the TOU of iHub? I can't remember if every one has to sign acknowledging reading of same prior to joining (if not it may be a good idea) but here is the first para of the TOU...
