Complaint Category: Failure to honor refund, exchange or credit policies
Complaint: I have two complaints.1. I paid the school upfront for 20 hours of flight training totaling $3260. It then took the school almost three weeks to assign me an instructor and begin my training.2. When civilian employment and military duty interfered with my continued training I informed the school and requested a refund for my unused portion of $1600. For two weeks the school did NOTHING and did not even notify the owner of my request. When I physically walked into the school demand my refund I was given the run-around in informed of a no refund policy by the staff who tried to shift the blame on the owner in Florida. I contacted the owner who assured me he would investigate and resolve my issue and he is not returning my calls.
