From the Permit:
"6. The facility will be allowed to co-feed Used Oil (Waste Fuel A) along with
the plastic to act as a heat transfer medium to increase the dissolution rate of the
plastic. This oil will meet the contaminant and heating value limitations of 6
NYCRR Parts 225-1 and 225-2.
