As long as it's not been "re-refined," it's ready to rock. Having a closed loop system allows all sorts of shit in that others can't handle. Waste oil is cheap. Let the other oil filters/recyclers keep used oil from Jiffy Lube. We'll take the cheap waste stuff from US Steel (NYSE: X).

I miss the days when Coco Paving was accused of buying only sludge to make asphalt out of.
