As I mentioned in a prior eloquent dissertation on this subject I don't think any stock board should also have a private board for pumpers or whatever.
However, I do believe that there could be private boards for certain lifestyles or topic discussions that are not stock related. Ihub could develop alternate revenue streams. For instance they might want to have a topic of what it means to be a Canadian Citizen and the sexual problems related to being one. In this case you can talk freely with others who are experiencing these problems without having lurkers like derf and AK poke fun of just one of your many and countless problems. You could pay the going rate (in US $'s) and have this place to vent. Se how helpful that would be.
Bull and Sisie could have a topic called why does everyone hate us Yankee fans to solve the many personal problems that I can only imagine they have to deal with in life.
AK and low could have a why i love to drop soap in the showers at Ihub to discuss their idiosyncrasies.
churak....On the other hand, why should Ihub be an accomplice to a potential pump and dump scheme? Private boards do nothing more than to create a secret place to avoid scrutiny. In my opinion, of course.
It’s not a private board the IDCC investors want they just want a place to discuss their investment without being bothered by those who constantly aggravate and agitate others which in turn cause battles which are meaningless to the sincere investor.
The effect of this is a board over run with off topics and petty spats which wasn’t in the business plan of IHUB or the interest of investors.
I don’t expect IHUB to police the board for pumpers or dumpers but they do keep a good eye on things regarding the rules they laid out but IMO paying members should have some say so about the meeting area IHUB has provided them.
I would propose that each board that wants to should have 3 managers and if they decide that a member is disturbing others to a degree that the thread is running wild they could propose a survey to have that individual banned from posting on that thread. Certainly this person would be able to use all other services and threads IHUB affords.
If this type of survey was allowed IHUB could set the % of what would be considered as majority to get a person banned.
