The most important thing to me is that the initial pricing appears to be very attractive. I am very pleased to see that value is being documented and I am sure that this program will be a benchmark for pricing future RFP's.
I also like subcontractor status because it shields the company from much of the auditing and risk of prosecution for defective pricing that is part of selling to the government and is a big risk for high margin suppliers.

As I tried to note when I posted the entire Home Security Presidential Directive... this can now be considered a system for establishing identity that the entire FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is required to at least consider. They must DO SOMETHING to upgrade their identity services.

Time will Tell is we are, as we believe, the best interoperable choice... if not the only REAL choice that's complete, interoperable, easy to understand and use, etc. etc., but who believes except the believers.

And for Barge.....every government user at work is a consumer at home....That's how consumer's usually get educated in the high tech world....Apple and iPod are the anomalies.
