Sorry rruder, but that's a very thinly disguised excuse. Apparently I now know YOU better than that. You're one of those people who throw out garbage figuring no one will take them up on the offer. Post away about how all the bad people are being mean to you, but you're the one who made the offer, then failed to follow through. For me personally, I can't stand dishonest people.
