I use OptionsXpress.
Honestly would recommend it only for options, but most likely not for trading just stocks. I have been having issues here lately and hopefully Monday I can get them resolved.

I hear E-Trade Pro is one of the best for trading stocks and especially for penny stocks.

Level 2 looks great and has scanners for active traders.

I do. I use optionsxpress more but i couldn't transfer my penny stocks so i still use aharebuilder here and there. I have AEGY in both accounts.
