Nothing silly about the word defend, as I am currently involved in 3 tickers in which CEOs' are supposedly tired of investor questions yet will reveal no answers all the while cashing in on the buying. This will be a nice bounce play but when it all settles will just be another P&D

This is a great reply, and I could not have said it better myself. Stop bugging JRS about the stock and stop bashing him as a person. What has JRS done to anyone here, but try to get his patents on his tires recognized by big tire companies. JRS isn't doing anything as far as I see wrong. If you flippers/ scare mongering people are afraid of what will happen to your short term investment, then exit this stock, and board, and keep it to the investors who believe this thing is going to be huge!

And that is the crux of the issue...the vehicle JS is using, not the technology, not JS personally but the mere assumed fact that he is associating himself with a ticker that has an extremely dark past and continues to show the same type of behavior with their unprofessional PRs and handling of investor inquiries. JS seems to be involved as HIS company's website is associated with CBYI's ticker until it was removed.

NOTE: I say assumed because no one knows for sure how JS is associated and my conclusion is an assumption based on how I interpret the information made available from e-mails posted about his responses, website info, PRs, the past of CBYI among other things. In other words, IMO.

It is JS the business man that I question. It comes down to HIS choices in how he is going about getting his business listed as a public company.

Again, there is a small chance that CBYI is being cleaned up but I would not blindly invest on that belief as I would be handing my money over to other gamblers. JS would have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this "entry" into being a public company is beyond legit before I invest anything in here. Otherwise, it is nothing but a gamble.

"look CBYI on cambertire site, they must be controlling everything now" instead of looking at the fact that CBYI was used as a vehicle to enter the game instead of going the long route.
