the question has not gone un addressed. the fact is you have repeatedly asked that question and it has been answered ad nauseum.

once again, just for you, when a stock like DSHM dilutes shareholders as much as they have in the past year with no results to show for it, YES, IT IS ALWAYS A BAD THING.

we aren't talking about Google issuing shares to raise capital for a major project that will generate revenue.

DHSM - Yep! All start up companies are scams! As if no company on the big boards once started down on the OTC just like DHSM!

I could name one company that had its humble beginnings on the OTC. That company is in the top 10 in market cap, and possible the top 3 in annual revenue.

What is going on is the strangling of the capital flow to start up companies. That strangling is well funded and well collaborated.
