the question has not gone un addressed. the fact is you have repeatedly asked that question and it has been answered ad nauseum.
once again, just for you, when a stock like DSHM dilutes shareholders as much as they have in the past year with no results to show for it, YES, IT IS ALWAYS A BAD THING.
we aren't talking about Google issuing shares to raise capital for a major project that will generate revenue.
