Do you think the prime has alternate ways to deliver on those portions of its bid that relied on (or even specified) EMBASSY tools (as is plausible, given the published pricelist)?
Kev…you know to win such deals as a main contractor you must have companies as subcontractors.
The main contractors work often with the same subcontractors. Who else can bring this IP (Waves IP) in the mentioned 2 contracts. (We´ll see more of these in the next months)
You´re right, we have no contract but it´s just a matter of time when we sign the subcontract!
