Did you look at the list of revoked stocks in the list with CYSG? They were all BS companies. Cape actually had valuable assets and an actual operating business with true revenues. That was the only reason I purchased and held this stock. SEC isn't going to reinstate a bogus company, which Cape never was a bogus company.
My anger stemmed from their lack of transparency. I felt as though I was just being strung along at their humor. Now, in light of the current developments, I actually see a glimmer of hope.
I am very confident Cape will have no problem being reinstated as a public company. The SEC shut Cape down solely because of Ribotsky. All the companies listed, were involved with that scumbag.
