no they are not, kay is dumping his stash of 5+ billion shares through toxic finance people. these people are getting these shares at 35-55% discount and moving them to recoup their cash immediately. there is no wall, no pent up demand, or lack of cheap shares to be had. all of this is in the filings. we won't get to see the extent of the kay's carnage till we get his predictably late 10Q in November.
