Elkonig... I must give you kudos. I just read SEC Filings that proved your statement about the Robert Thompson CBYI tie in. That's an interesting and remarkable find. Please keep me posted on anything else you learn. AGRT was such an obscure play its an amazing coincidence (?) that he's tied to both.
