At some point, according to management, they are supposed to begin exporting ore from Spain to Panama to process. I only assume this would not be seen differently from the Spainish ore staying in Spain for processing at some point in the future. Maybe, maybe not, but if it were that would throw a monkey wrench into their whole gameplan, as it's critical for those revs to add to the bigger picture for LP development.

If management chooses to sell out the Panamanian assets, including the mill, then where would they process any of the ore? Panamanian or Spain/Portugal? This is why I think it would be difficult for them do sell to FQ. I could see them doing a JV or do an agreement to give more mineral rights to FQ, but I find it hard for PTQ to include the plant in a deal. Maybe they could sell it to FQ and lease the use of the plant to still be used to process the gold ore? I'm just speculating, but unless they have somewhere to process the ore I don't see how they can entertain selling all the assets in Panama, especially the mill.
