You have to first give up the belief that bashers are paid to post here. I know this is a mantra of the longs but think about it..... who would pay someone to bash a revoked stock and why?

What some of us are waiting for is criminal indictments. UC deserves to be prosecuted and we will probably stick around as long as the SEC or DOJ has an active investigation going.

As for your pulling certs - I have no opinion about whether you should or shouldn't. It is your decision. Maybe you will get lucky and be able to sell the ETGMF shares and recoup a little. I don't get any enjoyment from stockholders losing money here; but the handwriting was on the wall a long time ago and they had the opportunity to bail.

But I have some
skin in the game. I would guess most of these bashers don't and bash for a living.

It would be hilarious if CMKX did pay a settlement and the
bashers were holding stock they didn't get certs for.

You can't have it both ways. Either you think they have stock or they don't.
