Postyle--I agree completely, as I have often stated. Vrng is simply not in this to be bought out. Period. Done. Finished. It takes two to accomplish a company sale, and Vrng ain't one of them.
Even a settlement with Google is almost an impossibility---and many of us want it to be an impossibility. Vrng would have to totally capitulate in order for Google to condescend to pay Vrng a fair and reasonable running royalty rate and settlement figure.

Question(s): Is this because of the USPTO boogie man being removed from "the fray" . .I don't recall you ever giving that much of a chance anyhow. However I guess it must be considered . . . OR is your decision to load up a bit more related to the "time decay" for GOOGLE/QE in relation to HJJ's inevitable RR ruling. . I know you have accurately predicted a MUCH longer time-frame than many others were predicting, perhaps it is getting a bit late in the game (to be out) . .just curious of your decision to purchase a bit more heavily at this time ? ? ..
