i kind of got the same tone, peg. kerry came off as a calm, firm statesman that seemed to speak from personal conviction, it is a shame he didn't take Bush II out, he sounded almost presidential. he is just in a position of being an effective person selling a used car that most people don't want to buy (69% of americans against bombing syria in today's cnn poll). i just hope he doesn't get Colin Powell'd over it with the passage of time.

Peg .. Paul's questions were ok, but sheesh i thought his equivalence on what would Assad do whether the US acted or not was invalid .. and .. well, political in a way .. felt he struggled with his equivalence and that it was cheesy .. lol .. gotta say this .. good friends most always disagree on some things .. even, there aren't many loving couples who agree on everything .. i know you guys are much more informed on most things than i ever am, and i know i deserve egg on my face every once in a while .. lolol .. yeah, i do .. also, know we all feel better if we feel we have the freedom to say what we feel in a respectful way .. when that is deserved as it is here with us ..
