this is what I do know: No Weapons of Mass Destruction against Civilians .. PERIOD!

Weapons of Mass Destruction include

Nuclear
Chemical
Biological

There may be more but I don't know them.

What I do know is that Assad, his employees? soldiers .. used Chemical Weapons against his people!
... .. He HAS to PAY! .. I don't believe in god .. so I can't count on Hell!
