Seems you just got the answer... It's a MM Short conspiracy!!! Where the idea is: The reason this previously suspended grey stock, with the CEO muzzled by his lawyers, no OTC filing since December hasn't taken off is because it's under an illegal Short attack by MMs no less. The conspiracy involves major MMs risking hundreds of millions of their business revenue, shorting 1M shares illegally at 005 so as to cover at 003 making a grand total of $2K profit.

One has to go back to late Jun to find a trading day with as large a spread, or volume. Still the conspiracy MMs risking their businesses to engage in illegal activity in a pizz-ant microcap. Where Reid the super duper CEO of all time is going to catch the rascals with a NOBO list. Then the dream, of forced massive covering, and up goes the PPS.
Meanwhile back in the real world there is one thing a nobo would be guaranteed to do: Indicate exactly how many shareholders hold KMAG stock. Chances seem high it would show less than a couple hundred if even that. It might also show stock issuance numbers which don't add up. As in non-registered stock having been sold, with the source being insiders. Yep, bring on that nobo list! Somehow, the probability of it happening seems low.
So far the rumor cycle has been: SEC made a mistake, MMG conspiracy, evil MM shorts, 211 coming soon to fry the MMG conspiracy - mixed in past PRs about "revenues". My favorite: Reid has drawn a line in the sand with the SEC- either they cooperate or else he'll perform a R/M! Followed by combos: 211 coming soon<---->R/M coming soon, R/M <----> buyout coming soon. Now it's back to evil MM shorts, with Reid going after them with a nobo list. Next up should be huge revenues plus a 211 coming ... "soon".
