Would a Ceo order a nobo/obo list if this was not coming back? Most likely not. They do not give them away from what I hear. IMO.

What will this do for the continued confidence from the loyal shareholders? More than what may be seen on the surface.

Calculated gamble. I think the pool of shares used to fill the low numbers is getting small now. Never did have the desired effect from what I could tell.
The info on the daily shorts was informative. Makes sense. I learn everyday. Some stock wise. Some street wise.
