shorts always abuse the system any way they can. BECAUSE the SEC does nothing about it. I thought you already knew this? Compound that with the fact this is a penny stock. Compound that with the fact this is a Pk stock. Compound that with the fact the SEC has "bigger fish to fry" on the broader exchanges than to go after criminals in little SAPX.
