"We are based here, our phone number is this, our CEO is ABC."
If a publicly traded company is not even willing to tell their shareholders who their CEO is, or even if they are operating, then something must be wrong!
Maybe they are legally within their rights, but, I really wonder about the ethics.
I have e-mailed every one of their e-mail addresses that I can find. One of them gave me an out of office reply and then was receiving e-mails again on the day they said they would be back in the office, so they are there.
I would imagine if one of you impersonated a buyer they would talk.
I have tried everything, even asked for the name of their attorneys office if they did not feel comfortable talking to me.
To date, I have got nothing from them.
So many possibilities and only one that would really hurt us that I can think of.
