I don't believe they would give up this technology either. And I have no issue with a lack of communication under ordinary circumstances because I know how hard they were working and the required "cone of silence" regarding some of their clients.

But these circumstances are certainly not ordinary. Even under the worst of circumstances like this, investors deserve some kind of statement.

That does not violate any type of gag order that I've ever heard of.

Again, I am very sensitive to the team for losing their (our) leader. But this is a no-brainer that would take someone five minutes to publish somewhere.
