I took that play out of the Ronnie Raygun foreign policy you don't like it? Pay ransom with missiles to get hostages back. It's cheaper than war.


So Tom K's policy is:

1 - So your policy is if they build nuclear missiles go to war as Japanese and S. Korean life is worth less than oil?

or

2 - ignore problem and let them build missiles? and ignore problem and let them sell bombs.

Clinton's policy stopped about 50 nuclear bombs from being built. It was estimated they maybe had at least two bombs since the early 90's.
