The assumption is that if in fact, on that date last year, the organized groups verified their total holdings legally, and verifiabley (162M). This of course resulted in change of control of the company. Logically, these holders are long on the company, and didn't plan on liquidating their holdings during the turnaround.
Since that date, Nov, 26 2012 up to current, there was 101,266,453
shares traded. I personally know some big holders added a few, of course some sold a few as well, and then there are the flippers...
It's anyone's guess what the core group holds right now.
